What is DailySurveyPanel?
DailySurveyPanel rewards you for your opinions. Join today and get paid for taking various surveys and participating in other activities such as viewing videos, registering for offers and visiting sites. Then redeem your earnings for Paypal or gift cards.

How much does it cost to join the panel?
It is absolutely free to join the panel.

Who can join the panel?
Currently we are only allowing residents of USA, Canada and United Kingdom to participate in our panel.

I joined, but didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
Contact our customer service team and they will gladly confirm the account for you.

How many accounts can I have?
We only allow 1 account per IP per household.

What happens if I forgot my password?
Email our customer service team from the email you registered with to request your password.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password by going to MY ACCOUNT -> Change Email/Password

How can I change my email?
You can change your email by going to MY ACCOUNT -> Change Email/Password

How can I change my contact information including my address?
Go to MY ACCOUNT and update your profile.

Can I use a P.O. Box address to register for DailySurveyPanel and receive my gift certificates?
We would suggest that you do not use a P.O. Box. Most of the places that we buy gift certificates from do not ship to P.O. Boxes, but some do. Please email us if you would like to know if a certain gift certificate could be sent to P.O. boxes.

Can my DailySurveyPanel account ever be closed?
We have the right to close any account that is committing fraudulent activities, cheating on surveys, providing fake account information when registering, multiple accounts and other reasons that violate our terms. If we close your account we might require a proof of your identity such as a picture id in order to give you back your account. If your account will be closed you will not get paid and lose your full balance and referrals. Please make sure you read the terms carefully before joining.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership any time by emailing us and requesting that we close your account. If you do that you will lose all the earnings and referrals. This process can't be reversed.

How does your referral program work?
Every time you refer friends and they are active you will receive bonuses for referring them. To refer a friends and check out the latest referral promotions click on REFERAL in your account to grab your referral link. You can also view your referral list there.

Membership Questions - Surveys:

How do I participate in your surveys and how often are surveys added?
You can login daily into the site to see which surveys are available for you to take or you may do the surveys that you receive in your email. Make sure to come back to the site daily or check your email frequently since new surveys are added almost on a daily basis.

What do I need to do to make sure that I receive more survey invitations?
It is very important to make sure that you have the latest profile on file. Most of the surveys target by zips, gender, age and so on. You need to make sure that we have all this information on file by going to MY ACCOUNT. You will find the profiler link there.

Does it matter if I do the survey on the site or in the email?
No it does not. They are generally the same surveys. We allow the members the flexibility of either viewing the surveys on the site or receiving them in the email.

What do I get for doing the surveys?
For every survey that you successfully complete you will receive points. You can redeem these points for various prizes. Each survey will have its own point value.

How long do I have to wait to receive the points after completing the survey?
For most of the surveys you will receive the points a few hours after you successfully complete it. Some of the surveys will credit the next business day.

How many surveys can I do in one day?
Most of the targeted surveys can only be done once. Once you complete the survey and it credits, it will disappear from your account. We also have daily surveys. These can be done once every 24 hours.

How come I didn't qualify for a survey? If I don't qualify can I try again?
Sometimes the surveys are looking for a specific demographic (age, sex, zip code). We try to target these surveys so that everyone qualifies, but it is not always the case. Some of the surveys will allow you to try again until you qualify since they rotate a lot of various surveys at the same time.

What happens if I get an error during the survey?
Please report the error to us by contacting our customer support. In that email include the survey name, what was the survey about, the error that you received and the amount of time spent on the survey.

What happens if I don't receive points for the survey after 24-48 hours? What can I do to make sure that the surveys always credit?
In order to make sure that you receive credit for all the surveys we highly suggest that you clear cookies before using our links to start the survey and make sure that your internet browser is set to allow 3rd party and session cookies. If you don't see the credit for a specific survey you can email our customer support and they will be able to help you out.
Membership Questions - Redemptions:

What can I redeem the points for?
Points can be redeemed for gift certificates or Paypal.

Where do I go to redeem my points?
Click on the REDEEM button in your account and follow the simple instructions.

Do I have to pay shipping for the gift cards?
No you don't. Whatever the amount of points your gift card is worth is all you have to earn to claim the gift and that point value includes shipping.

How long would it take to receive my rewards?
Paypal should take 24-72 hours. Gift cards can take anywhere from 3-7 days to process. Please make sure that we have your full name and address on file by going to MY ACCOUNT so that we know where to ship your gift card.

Does the Paypal email have to be the same email I used to register for DailySurveyPanel?
Yes it does. If it is not please go to Paypal and add this email to your Paypal account so that it can accept your payments.

Do my points ever expire?
No. Points never expire.
